Refunds & Exchanges

At 11-04, every garment is thoughtfully made to order with attention to detail and craftsmanship.
To maintain the exclusivity and quality of our pieces, we do not offer refunds or returns.

Size Exchanges

We understand the importance of finding the perfect fit.

We offer complimentary size exchanges for all orders. If you need a different size, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, the garment must be:
* Unworn and unused
* In its original condition
* With all original tags intact

Once we receive the returned item, the requested size will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Style Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your order for a different style, we’re happy to assist.

Style exchanges can be arranged for a ₹500 exchange & shipping fee. Please inform us within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a style exchange, the garment must be:
* Unworn and unused
* In its original condition
* With all original tags intact

Once the returned item passes our quality check, we’ll process your exchange accordingly.
